Classic Swiss mid-1920s to early 30s Swiss Peabody Martini heavy 300 meter match rifle made by Hermann of Aarau, who was active as gunsmith from 1908 to 1934. Fluted heavy barrel with excellent bore, front sight with side traverse adjust. No open rear sights, integrated dovetail rail, one modern 30mm 20 MOA scope mount included! Makers name on the receiver, nice walnut stock with vacant void for a cartouche, Swiss style butt, double set trigger, metal in the white, overall excellent condition, leaver screw - locking screw is missing.
